General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and bengo77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the bengo77 website, mobile platform, and all associated services available at bengo77.net. These Terms are effective from the date on which you create a bengo77 account or first use any part of the platform, whichever occurs earlier.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents confirming their date of birth. Submission of false documentation to circumvent age verification is a serious offence and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Account Registration

Deposits & Withdrawals

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, and instant game activity on bengo77 is governed by these general rules as well as any specific rules applicable to the individual game or market. By placing a bet or participating in any game on bengo77, you confirm your acceptance of all applicable rules.

• Bet Acceptance: bengo77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that exceed published maximum stake limits or bets placed on markets that have been suspended pending review.

• Interference with Platform Integrity: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the bengo77 platform, its games, or its underlying technical infrastructure is a serious breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: You must not use the bengo77 platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. Use of VPN, proxy, or IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Account Suspension & Closure

bengo77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or age information.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The player is operating more than one account on bengo77.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity has been identified on the account.
• The account is being used for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• The player has initiated an unjustified chargeback against a bengo77 deposit transaction.
• bengo77 is required to do so to comply with applicable law, regulation, or an order from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bengo77 reserves the right to void all pending bets and to withhold the account balance pending investigation. In cases where fraud or money laundering is suspected, funds may be retained indefinitely pending resolution of the investigation.

Players may voluntarily close their own bengo77 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before an account is closed voluntarily, all pending bets will be settled in the normal course and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
